About our Ensemble
“The TURNmusic Ensemble, formed in 2014, is still at the heart of our programming, and through this group we continue to use music to tell stories. The new music we’ve presented over the last ten years has been some of the most diverse artists and composers we’ve come across. The colors they’re creating, the progressive sound, it’s moving forward, it’s turning. That’s how we landed on the name TURNmusic.”

The 2025-2026 Season marks 11 years as an ensemble. Much of that time has been spent pushing the boundaries of new music. This year we will branch out with concerts in Waterbury, Montpelier, Greensboro and Burlington. Our fall line up includes 4 concerts featuring founding members of the ensemble.
